What is Payment by Instalments?

If you make a reservation that costs over 200 Eur. more than 30 days before the day on which you check in at the hotel, you can pay the price in two instalments.

You can pay a percentage of the full price in the first instalment.

The second payment is automatically charged to your card 30 days before you check in at the hotel and the hotel voucher you must present on arrival is sent to you immediately.

If you do not want the second payment to be charged to your card, contact your reservations agent after receiving the confirmation by e-mail.

The instalment payment option will automatically appear during the reservation process if it meets the above requirements. This option bears no additional cost.

Can I pay for a hotel reservation via bank transfer?

Yes, these reservations must be paid in full in one transaction, following the detailed instructions during the purchase process. Not all reservations allow payment by bank transfer. You can check if this payment method is available for your reservation in the last step of the purchasing process.

How can I pay for a travel reservation?

When the reservation agent assigned to your request contacts you to confirm your flights, fares, and availability, to confirm your reservation you will need to make a 30% deposit of the total value of the trip using a credit card.

The remaining amount must be paid within 20 days before departure date in order to issue the travel documentation.

Depending on the departure date, you may be able to complete the payment for your trip through bank wire transfer, if the dealer conditions allow it. Contact your reservation agent to check on this option.

If I have to cancel my reservation, how will you refund my money?

In the event that your reservation is cancelled, you'll receive a refund voucher in the amount paid to Destinia, minus any cancellation fees you were informed of at the time the reservation was confirmed.

This refund voucher will be valid for a period of one year from the date it is issued and can be used to pay for any service offered by Destinia.

If you don't anticipate planning a trip in the next few months, you can simply reject the voucher, and the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Is registering required to make a reservation at Destinia?

Reservation confirmed!

The confirmation for the reservation will appear on screen, including your reference number, the details of your confirmed reservation, and the contact information of your assigned personal agent who will help you with any further questions after the purchase. We will automatically send you a copy of this confirmation at the e-mail address you provided.

No. For the reservation to be confirmed, you must complete every step.

If I reserve a hotel for another person, should I do it in my name or in that person's name?

Although you are using your own email address and credit card to make the reservation, you will need to inform the names of the passengers who will be travelling.

When traveling with babies, should I include them in the reservation or do children travel for free?

Everyone who is going to travel or be accommodated must be included in the reservation confirmation, including babies under two years old. At Destinia, you can search for all products including children under two. Prices shown in these searches include the price for the number of minors indicated on the search.
