How long do I have to return an order, and how quickly will I be refunded?

Please note, if you're returning an item bought as part of a 3 for 2 promotion, you'll need to return all 3 items to receive your refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have up to 30 days from when you receive your order to return any or all of the products in your order.

All references in this section to "days" mean "calendar days".

If you're making a return up to 14 days after receiving your order, you can either send the products back to our warehouse, or, inform us that you wish to make a return by one of the following:

Completing the returns form on the delivery note (you can download a copy here) and include this in your return package.

Contacting us. You must then return the products within the following 14 days. In most instances, you can return your orders to us for free but any you'll be responsible for any charges. Click here for instructions on how to make a return.

Once we receive the returned products, we'll refund the price paid for the products plus the original delivery charge. If you do not return all of the products in your order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

We extend your return period to 30 days from receiving your order, however if you're returning your order more than 14 days after receiving it then your original delivery cost won't be refunded.

If you cancel and return your order within the 14 day period referred to above, we will credit your original method of payment within 14 days of our receipt of the products returned. If you are returning your order outside the 14 day period, we will credit your original method of payment within 30 days of our receipt of the products returned.

Please note that we don't have liability for any returned products until they arrive with us, and you should obtain a proof of postage if you're returning an item.

I bought an item and it's now on sale, can you refund me the difference?

If an item has been discounted before your order has been shipped, we may be able to refund the difference for you. Please get in touch so we can check if this is possible.

If your order's been shipped, we won't be able to refund the difference unfortunately. If you'd like to return your order, please click here for information.

If you'd like to post your order back to us, or you're based outside of the UK, please use the pre-addressed label attached to the packing slip along with the returns form located online. Make sure your parcel is packed securely.

If you've lost the returns label, please include your name, order number and contact details in the returned parcel, and send it to the following address:

To avoid any delay to your refund, please mark the outside of your parcel with 'Returned Goods'. Your parcel might get held in Customs if this isn't done which will delay your return being processed.

You'll be responsible for any postage costs incurred by returning your items as a change of mind. Goods should be returned in resaleable condition.

• Selected collectibles (as detailed in the product description on the site)
• Personalised products (unless faulty)
• Underwear
• Swimsuits where the hygeine tab has been removed
• Unsealed audio and video recordings, computer software, Blu-Rays, DVDs or CD-Rom
• Used beds/other large furniture items (unless faulty)
• DisneyLife gift subscriptions where the scratch panel has been tampered with
• Theme Park tickets for Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney World

Any jewellery returns should be unworn and in their original packaging for health and safety reasons.

We're unable to refund or exchange any merchandise purchased from a Disney Park.

Our Stores can't accept returns for refund, exchange or gift cards of:

• Disney Partner Products
• Beds and other large furniture items
• Disneyland Paris product purchased on shopdisney.co.uk

We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund to you for a returned product if you have diminished the value of the product if it is incomplete, by damaging it, handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function. This deduction may be the whole value of the product in some cases.

Is the item a Disney Partner Product? These are shipped directly from our vendor as opposed to from our warehouse, so won't arrive in the same box as the rest of your order. Disney Partner Purchase items can take up to 20 working days to arrive, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with details on how to track these items.

Media items (DVDs and Blu-ray) take up to 5 working days to arrive, and will be sent in a different parcel to the rest of your order.

If your order is large, it may be sent in separate parcels, and you'll receive a shipping email with tracking links for each parcel.
