Bigpipe promo code and broadband deals - October 2026

Bigpipe operates on a prepay billing model where you top up your account in advance rather than receiving invoices after the fact. Staying in credit means your connection never gets suspended for missed payments, and there are no direct-debit surprises to sort out

Join the email list to hear about new plan launches, limited-time sign-up offers, and service announcements before they hit the website. It's the quickest way to catch any short-run promotions Bigpipe runs for existing or prospective customers

Your broadband plan stays at the same monthly rate because Bigpipe uses flat pricing rather than introductory discounts that jump after a few months. What you see at sign-up is what you keep paying, which makes budgeting straightforward across the year

New sign-ups get a Wi-Fi router at no extra cost rather than paying upfront for hardware. The router ships with your connection kit, so you're online as soon as your line goes live - no separate equipment purchase needed

Bigpipe doesn't lock you into a 12 or 24-month broadband contract, so there are no early termination penalties if you need to move or switch providers. You only pay for the months you're connected, which keeps things flexible for renters and flat-hoppers

Bigpipe runs a mate-referral scheme where existing customers who bring in a new connection receive a credit applied to their account. The person you refer also gets the same credit on their first invoice, so it's a two-way perk. No code needed - just share your unique referral link from your customer dashboard and make sure your friend signs up through it
