TheMarket promo code - October 2026

Their Facebook and Instagram pages regularly feature short-lived discount links and giveaway entries that never make it to the main site. Turn on notifications so you catch these before they expire - they often run for 24 to 48 hours and cover everything from homeware to electronics

If you spot the same item advertised for less at a competing NZ retailer, TheMarket will match that lower price so you don't have to shop around. Show them the competitor's current listing at checkout or contact their support team before placing your order. Applies to identical products with the same model number and condition - clearance or limited-stock items from other stores are excluded

Logged-in shoppers see special member prices that aren't visible to casual browsers. These reduced rates apply automatically at checkout once you're signed in, with no extra steps needed to claim the lower price

Save items to your wishlist and TheMarket will email you when the price drops. This works particularly well for bigger-ticket purchases like appliances and electronics where markdowns can be substantial

Selected products across groceries, toiletries, and household basics drop in unit price when you add multiples to your cart. Look for the multi-buy tag on product listings to see which tier applies and how much you save per quantity

The just-landed section highlights fresh stock from popular brands across fashion, homewares, and tech. Browsing here regularly means you catch limited-run items and seasonal drops that often don't get restocked once they're gone

Choose click & collect at checkout instead of home delivery and you won't pay shipping charges. You'll get a pickup notification when your items are ready at your nearest participating collection point, usually within 1-3 business days

A rotating selection of products gets deep temporary discounts every 24 hours. These deals appear in the Flash Deals section and often sell out fast, so checking back each morning gives you the best pick of what's on offer

Save items to your wishlist and TheMarket will notify you when their price drops. This works particularly well on higher-ticket products where even a small percentage reduction translates to meaningful dollar savings. No code or membership required to set up alerts

Purchase TheMarket gift cards in various denominations to give as presents or use yourself. Gift card balances can be applied at checkout toward any eligible product on the platform, making them a flexible option when you're not sure what to buy

Certain marketplace sellers offer free return shipping on their items, meaning you can shop with confidence and send things back at no extra cost if they're not right. Check individual product listings for the free returns badge before buying to confirm eligibility

Skip delivery fees by choosing click & collect at checkout on eligible products. Pick up your order from participating collection points across New Zealand instead of paying for standard shipping. Availability depends on the seller and product location

Selected products offer automatic multi-buy discounts when you purchase two or more of the same item. No code needed - the discount applies in your cart automatically. Look for multi-buy tags on qualifying listings to spot which products are included

New deals drop daily across a rotating selection of products. Check back each morning to catch different items on special before they switch over. These are separate from the flash deals page and cover a wider mix of categories including home, tech, and beauty

Browse the clearance section for permanently reduced products across multiple categories. These are end-of-line and last-chance items, so stock is limited and once it's gone, it's gone. Different from flash deals which are time-limited - clearance pricing stays until the item sells out
